The CPDM campaign team of Mezam IC, under the stewardship of section president Che Ndaka Nicholas, has called on the population of Bamenda III, an SDF-run council area, to show appreciation for all what president Biya has done for the sub division by massively voting for him when the polls opened tomorrow.

The Mezam IC campaign team echoed their voices at a campaign rally that took place yesterday Friday October 10, at the new road neighborhood in Nkwen.

Speaking, Che Ndaka Nicholas said despite being an SDF-run council area, president Paul Biya, via numerous programs, has over the years demonstrated his love for the municipality going by the number of projects executed to make life comfortable for those therein.

"It's better late than never and Bamenda III can't make any mistake again. The time is now" he said.

He asked the audience if they will want to repeat the mistake of not voting for Biya this time around. The answer from the audience was, NO.

He described all other candidates as unserious, with president Biya, being the only candidate with a vision for Bamenda III and beyond.

Che Ndaka pointed out that, even the late Ni John Fru Ndi's Santa base, remains a strong CPDM bastion.

"He came and planted the SDF in Nkwen. Thank God our eyes our wide open now, we will follow the person with the yam and the knife this time around, and that person is president Paul Biya", Ndaka added.

His Majesty Fon Azehfor III of Nkwen

According to his majesty the Fon of Nkwen, Fon Azehfor III, Biya remains the fon of fons.

He pinpointed a good number of projects the subdivision currently enjoys like the newly constructed Mile 4 modern market, the transformation of PMI Nkwen to a district hospital, construction of the new road, including the stretch linking  banjah street, down to family pharmacy.

Accomplishments he said, are thanks to president Biya's development mechanism on the ground.

Other projects already conceived to benefit the community, which his majesty said accounts for why the over 36000 registered voters in Bamenda III must throw their weight behind president Biya in other to enjoy them, include the dry port and the referral hospital, to soon go operational  in the land of Nkwen.

" You people mandated me to be the touch bearer of this land. To lead you all towards light. Today I stand here to tell you that Paul Biya is that light we all need to follow if we love Peace, development and progress", Fon Azehfor reiterated.

Professor Beban Sammy, supervisor of the Bamenda III campaign team, speaking earlier at the rally, said, Paul Biya remains the candidate amongst the contenders with the experience.

"He's the only person that has been giving us alot of things in Bamenda III even when we have been ungrateful in not voting for him here in Nkwen" he said.
