NW Chief of Research salutes Valie and You Herbal Clinic for changing the face in the practice of Herbal Medicine in Cameroon

The North West Chief of Scientific Research and Innovation Dr Name Irene Bongsiysi has saluted Dr Tumenta Valentine Kunchu of the Valie and You Commonwealth Institute for Natural Medicine, for his constant innovation, not just in the cultivation and processing of his drugs but in the packaging of the drugs as well

Dr Tumenta Valentine received the accolades on the sidelines of a courtesy visit he made to the structure to wish the officials of the delegation a happy New year.

The CEO of Valie and You acknowledged that much has been achieved by his clinic thanks to the win-win collaboration that span almost two decades which he shares with the ministry of research.

Speaking, the chief of centre madam Bongsiysi said Dr.Tumenta Valentine Kunchu, a winner on numerous occasions of the Days of scientific research popularly known as JERSI, remains one of the most trusted herbal clinic that has been constant in it's activity of quality health care delivery to the people of cameroon and beyond.

Her words were complimented by that of the Chief of service for general affairs at the regional delegation for scientific research north West, Mr Ntam Fidelis Toke.

" It's a beautiful collaboration that we share with your establishment because when we need you, you are always there. It is institution like you Dr Tumenta Valentine, that gives our work visibility in the region because of the way you go about pharmacopoeia throughout the country" the NW chief said.

She further appreciated the fact that Dr Tumenta Valentine gives a listening ear to the advices from MINRESI.

She further advise for Dr Tumenta to embark on more scientific research on his products to improve on it's efficacy.

"Help us to stay away from the synthetic things that we consume and live on the natural ones that will help us. I want to appreciate your continuity and how you have spread your work throughout Cameroon" she added.


The Valie and You Clinic has participated in almost all the exhibitions of the ministry in and out of the North West and has been that go to structure each time the ministry intends to carry out activities with tradi-practitioners in the country.

He doubles as the president of the Commonwealth Association for Natural Medicine Cameroon (CANAMEDCAM), an umbrella organization bringing practitioners of herbal medicine in the country.

The North West chief of scientific research told the founder of Valie and You Commonwealth Institute of natural medicine that her doors are always opened and they are willing to accompany the clinic, the best way they can.

Reacting to the above, Dr Tumenta said" I am so so grateful to hear all these, the joy in my heart is too much, this ministry has contributed enormously to changing the face of my business, my life and that of my family, even my son kunchu walder is so happy to be part of the institution".



Dr Tumenta Valentine Kunchu of Valie and You Commonwealth Institute of natural medicine has been in the field of natural medicine for over two decades and is widely recognized as the first herbal practitioner to produced a herbal wine known as the Valie and You Herbal wine, consumed by all class of people in the society.

It's a great reliever of stress and helps with insomnia.

The Tumenta Valentine was also saluted for the quality packaging of his medications .
