Food Science Department of PCHS Wum Benefits Gas Cooker from Wum Council Mayor Dighambong Anthony

The principal of PCHS Wum, Ayo Kenneth has appreciated a donation of a five-fire place gas cooker by the mayor of Wum council, Dighambong Anthony to the food science department of the school.

The donation took place at the school Campus and was saluted by the students and staffs also, some of whom said the gas cooker will enrich the school's culinary programs and skills in food preparation.

The principal of the school said" I want again on behalf of the administration and students give you a big thank you for your selfless efforts. The students also promise that they're going to do their best, use the gas very well and produce the required results for the subjects".

The Mayor's donation is not just a testament of  the strong partnership that exists between the council and institution, but also portray a council that is doing all to ensure that school activities in wum goest on smoothly.

The students at the assembly were seen visibly with the donation and also appreciated the council for coming to their aid. 

The principal of the school said PCHS Wum is poised to continue providing it's students with a well-rounded education for growth and success despite the challenges.

With the crisis affecting schools, councils could support the educational establishments with drops of water like this to facilitate learning,  especially to those in the suburbs of their communities and municipalities.
